2007 Annual General Meeting

The event was held at Bukhara Grill and featured keynote speaker Aziz Z. Huq. Aziz, director of the Liberty and National Security Project at the Brennan Center for Justice, a former clerk of the United States Supreme Court, and co-author of Unchecked and Unbalanced: Presidential Power in a Time of Terror, treated MuBANY members and guests to an informative discussion on the historical expansion of the powers and role of the executive branch of the government.

2007 AGM

The Muslim Bar Association of New York was created to serve the educational, professional, and social needs of Muslim legal professionals and law students living and working in the New York metropolitan area.
