MuBANY's 2009 Annual General Meeting
was held on April 28, 2009
at Debevoise & Plimpton.
Our Guest Speaker was Elizabeth Stong, United States Eastern District Bankruptcy Judge. Judge Stong spoke about her experiences working with judges in Algeria, Tunisia and the Middle East. She also imparted advice that she picked up along the course of her career. At the meeting, MuBANY also announced the results of its elections for a new Board of Directors. Finally, the MuBANY membership adopted the Board's recommendations for the amendment to the bylaws.
