2010 AGM

MuBANY's 2010 Annual General Meeting

was held on May 6, 2010

at Al-Diwan Restaurant.

The keynote speaker was the Honorable Hany Mawla, J.S.C. Judge Mawla recently became New Jersey's first Muslim American state court judge. Election results were announced and the new board and officers were introduced. A run-off election was announced to decide the last two director positions. The Muslim Bar Association of New York was created to serve the educational, professional, and social needs of Muslim legal professionals and law students living and working in the New York metropolitan area.
